Job Description
We seek a qualified Examination Cell Manager with a Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) and a minimum of 12 years’ relevant university-level experience managing UG/PG programs and examinations. The incumbent will lead the Examination Cell, organize Mid-/End-Semester and PhD qualifying exams, prepare and present results to Faculty Boards, enforce examination SOPs, and maintain student dossiers and thesis records via the Thesis Management System (TMS).
- Coordinate registration, invigilation, defenses, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with HEC and university policies
- Liaise with main campus offices, accounts, and departments
- Require strong administrative, leadership, communication, and ERP/software skills
