Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Channel Performance Manager to define and execute channel strategy, optimize partner and direct channels, and drive measurable revenue growth. You will set KPIs, analyze attribution and performance data, design and run A/B tests, and convert insights into scalable acquisition and retention plans. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to align priorities and improve customer lifetime value.
- 5+ years in channel or performance management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and attribution tools
- Proven leadership and ability to translate data into actionable plans
