Job Description
We seek a Head of Service Line & Business Operations Support (SL BOS) to lead strategy, operations, and sales across the UAE and Bahrain. The role requires ownership of P&L, management of cross-functional teams, and delivery of revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional client relationships.
Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years in regional leadership with proven P&L responsibility, strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience, fluency in English, and cultural awareness of Gulf markets. Must be willing to travel. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and an excellent communicator.
