Job Description
Lead Service Line BOS operations across the UAE and Bahrain by directing business strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding regulatory compliance. Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and oversee budgets and P&L to guarantee timely, high-quality service delivery. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, drive process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet growth objectives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 8+ years in operations or service-line leadership
- Demonstrated multi-country management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong analytical and people-management skills; English fluency required (Arabic preferred); regional travel flexibility
