Job Description
OOP Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Agent with a specialization in digital services. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in customer support or call center operations, complemented by a solid understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote our digital services.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest relevant services.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure follow-up.
- Address objections and professionally resolve concerns.
Job Details: This is a full-time position with night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, located in Iqbal Town, Lahore. Compensation ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
