Job Description
Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and order throughout our facilities.
Key responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, training new employees on cleaning protocols, managing inventory, scheduling shifts, addressing guest complaints, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for promptly reporting maintenance issues and overseeing specialized cleaning services for solar panels and deep cleaning as needed.
Compensation for this position ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, and on-site presence is required.
