Job Description
ASK Development is looking for a committed Customer Services Representative to join our team in Islamabad, specifically in DHA-Phase-07. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.
Hiring Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect) is required
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred
- Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 per month (Performance-Based Incentives included)
Job Responsibilities: Your duties will include managing customer inquiries via phone, providing online support, following up on customer issues, creating trouble tickets, maintaining records, and completing special tasks during your shift.
