Job Description
AMG Technologies is seeking a dedicated BPO Specialist to manage inbound customer calls. This role involves effective communication with customers via phone, email, and chat while addressing and troubleshooting various issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Deliver accurate information and escalate issues as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality.
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Working hours: 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday. Salary: 80,00 to 120,00 PKR/month.
