Job Description
Travels Hook UK Umrah is seeking dynamic and experienced Call Center Agents to enhance our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist our UK-based Umrah and travel clients.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales calls, address client inquiries, promote Umrah and travel packages, maintain accurate logs, update our CRM system, and foster strong customer relationships.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or call center roles, excellent English communication skills (British accent preferred), and a confident, punctual demeanor. Candidates must be available for UK shift timings (12 PM – 9 PM Pakistan Time).
The salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, with opportunities for bonuses.
