Job Description
Join our dynamic team at H-Verse as a Customer Service Representative! In this full-time position, you will respond to customer inquiries, manage requests, and resolve complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your role will involve providing accurate information about our products and services while diligently maintaining logs of all customer interactions.
Your responsibilities will include processing orders, addressing billing inquiries, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Developing positive customer relationships and collaborating with other departments to effectively resolve issues are vital components of this role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. Work location: In person.
