Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. This position focuses on verifying customer information following sales calls and ensuring the accuracy of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound verification calls to confirm customer details.
- Review and update data gathered by sales or support personnel.
- Maintain precise logs of calls and CRM entries.
- Detect and rectify any discrepancies in data.
- Adhere to quality and compliance protocols.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or verification role.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Residing in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.
