Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our growing Software House, with a focus on the Design and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR contact for various teams, oversee onboarding and performance management, handle payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to maintaining a vibrant company culture.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of HR experience, familiarity with the Software House industry, strong payroll and attendance management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
