Location: First Floor, Al-Madina Center, Shimla Pahari, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Join the Book 4 Trip team as a dedicated Reservations & Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage hotel bookings, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. Strong communication and technical skills are required to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Handle hotel bookings and modifications efficiently.
- Deliver accurate information regarding our services and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Salary: Rs 35,00.00 per month
