Job Description
Zencloud Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive/Officer to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management, all while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Manage employee relations effectively.
- Facilitate performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of experience, a strong understanding of HR policies, and excellent communication skills.
