Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is actively looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing detailed product information, and supporting sales and collections efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups.
- Address inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Deliver accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve call targets consistently.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), prior telecalling experience is advantageous, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
