Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for our company. In this role, you will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, warmly greet visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and welcome visitors.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Manage visitor logbooks and issue badges as required.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
