Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to effectively manage and optimize project costs throughout the construction lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenses, administering contracts, and identifying potential cost-saving strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Oversee expenses and implement strong cost control measures.
- Administer contracts and address any associated issues.
- Discover cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must possess a PEC number.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
