Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join Atlantic International Business Network (AIBN). The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls, engage with prospective clients, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads.
- Maintain client relationships and provide project information.
- Coordinate site visits and collaborate with the sales team.
