Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Full-time Helpdesk Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our products and services. Your role will involve assisting users with technical challenges, resolving their concerns efficiently, and delivering a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service through professional communication.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of common issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
