Job Description

Awami Financial (Private) Limited is actively looking for a meticulous and committed Verification Officer to become an integral part of our call center team in the fintech sector. This position is crucial for verifying customer information to ensure precision and facilitate seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification of customer details and documents via phone calls.
• Ensure adherence to company regulations and compliance standards.
• Keep precise records of verification outcomes.
• Detect and report any suspicious or incomplete information.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
