Job Description
Canon Home Appliances is looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will greet and assist walk-in customers, accurately document their complaints, and provide essential information about our services. Additionally, you will maintain a tidy reception area and ensure seamless communication between customers and our technical staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service
- Accurately record customer complaints
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain an updated list of complaints
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
