Job Description
BDS Corporation is currently looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our Freight Brokerage team for our USA campaign. In this critical position, you will act as the liaison between shippers and carriers, negotiate shipment rates, and ensure the prompt delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate favorable rates and terms for shipments.
- Coordinate logistics and monitor shipment progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation: $30,00 – $100,00 per month plus commissions.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite only.
