Job Description
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers through phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong English communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Educational qualifications of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Proficiency in multitasking within a dynamic environment.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
