Job Description
Horizon Technologies is looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries on our e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will engage professionally with customers, handle return requests, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Facilitate returns and process refunds efficiently.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, On-site evening shift.
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
