Job Description
Transsion Tecno Motors is looking for a qualified Field Technical Support Executive to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will be tasked with performing field inspections at various dealerships to address complex diagnostic and warranty challenges. Additionally, you will provide technical support and conduct training sessions for technicians.
Your contributions will significantly improve dealer workshop efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction by applying the company’s recommended service checklists and strategies to resolve quality issues.
Location: Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar
Education: B. Tech/DAE in Automotive/Mechanical or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in the Automotive or Electric Vehicle sector.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
