Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This full-time position requires working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday through Saturday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Follow up with potential leads and foster strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Qualifications: Candidates must be fluent in both Urdu and English, possess 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and have access to a computer with stable internet connectivity.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges between PKR 10,00 – 30,00, along with performance-based incentives.
