Job Description
Tekboox, a premier IT solutions company based in the United States, is seeking an IT Support Associate to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering daily IT assistance, diagnosing hardware and software challenges, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and connectivity challenges.
- Assist users with password resets and email access.
- Manage IT inventory and document operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with senior IT personnel on escalated matters.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience.
