Job Description
Smart Brains BPO, a rapidly growing organization, is seeking a Night Shift Receptionist to enhance our professional team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, confident, and proficient in English, as they will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to both management and staff.
- Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
