Job Description
Micromech Instruments Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning at all organizational levels. You will also oversee employee relations, training initiatives, and performance evaluations, while maintaining employee records and providing accurate workforce status reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Location: Sialkot (in-person preferred; ability to commute or relocate with employer-provided relocation package is a plus)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in spoken English (preferred)
