Job Description
Creative Chaos is seeking a motivated and talented People & Culture Executive to enhance our HR team. This position demands a solid background in analytics and marketing, coupled with a dedication to cultivating a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, collaborate on HR strategies, perform data analysis to gain insights into employee experiences, and oversee feedback systems.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong skills in data analysis, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, familiarity with HR policies, and the capacity to independently prioritize tasks.
