Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking candidates to join our International Campaign focused on the UAE Market. As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information while ensuring outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
