Job Description
SIFA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing efficiency, supervising and motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your ability to coordinate staffing needs, manage conflict resolution, and communicate operational necessities with management is essential. Moreover, you will maintain inventory levels and ensure a clean, safe work environment while upholding company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset, are a must.
