Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Relations Officer in our Islamabad office. This position is essential for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is a plus
The role involves rotational 8-hour shifts, six days a week, with opportunities for career progression. The salary ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs42,00.00 per month.
