Job Description
Unze London is looking for a highly skilled Restaurant HR Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR functions, focusing on employee relations, policy creation, and regulatory compliance within the restaurant sector.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA with a focus on HR
– 6–8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role within the hospitality industry
– In-depth understanding of labor laws and effective employee engagement methods
– Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee HR operations and spearhead employee engagement initiatives
– Manage recruitment and training programs
