Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a committed Customer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of haemodialysis machines.
- Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of haemodialysis machines at designated accounts.
- Delivering operational training on our products to ensure customers maximize the functionality of our machines.
- Addressing technical issues within assigned accounts to guarantee the seamless operation of supplied equipment.
- Preparing quality and installation reports for the respective accounts.
- Providing sales support to enhance customer satisfaction within assigned territories.
