Job Description
RissoX is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to deliver top-tier executive support and ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in fintech or financial services is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
– Oversee the CEO’s calendar and facilitate meeting arrangements.
– Draft reports and manage correspondence.
– Conduct research to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
– 3–5 years of executive support experience, ideally in fintech.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
