Job Description
Caps IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to become part of our expanding team. In this pivotal position, you will manage client accounts and proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for clients across the United States.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our services.
- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless onboarding processes.
- Keep precise records in our CRM system.
Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to work fixed night shifts.
