Job Description

Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)

Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Salary: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR

We are in search of a qualified HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, ensure compliance, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Address and resolve conflicts and employee concerns.
• Direct performance management initiatives and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with strong communication and leadership skills are required.
