Job Description
AlgoRepublic Private Limited is on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive (B2B Sales) with substantial experience in the recruitment or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at marketing recruitment services to corporate clients and nurturing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage new B2B clients, effectively promote recruitment services, and maintain robust relationships with HR leaders.
Requirements: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
