Job Description
Location: Bungalow #C7, Block 4, near Disco Bakery, beside Horizon School, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission + Target Bonus
Shift: Night (10 PM – 7 AM)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on projects through Upwork
- Craft personalized proposals to attract clients
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate terms of contracts effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Upwork or sales
- Exceptional proposal writing skills
