Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will earn a salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month and will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment assistance, interview coordination, and maintaining employee records.
The role also involves supporting payroll and attendance management, addressing employee inquiries, and drafting HR-related documents. Compliance with HR policies is essential.
Applicants should possess at least an I.Com or equivalent qualification, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic HR knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
