Job Description
Paradise Kids Foundation School is seeking a motivated and friendly Female Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- Receive and handle mail, documents, and packages
- Answer and route phone calls
- Coordinate meetings and manage incoming mail
- Schedule appointments efficiently
