Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing screenings via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
You will work closely with recruiters to identify job requirements, develop candidate pipelines, and leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to attract technology professionals that meet our clients’ specific needs.
Job Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Location: Onsite
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
