Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator to join our team in DHA Sector F, Rwp. In this role, you will manage customer complaints while ensuring exceptional standards of customer service are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly manage and acknowledge all customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with the Complaints Manager to improve processes.
- Document investigation findings and communicate results effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout interactions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or complaints handling.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
This position requires onsite attendance from 10 AM to 7 PM. We offer a competitive salary for the right candidate.
