Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.
- Identify and engage trustworthy suppliers for goods and services.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Requests (PR), Material Requests (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities meet established quality standards.
- Develop strong business relationships through effective collaboration with vendors.
- Monitor purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery.
