We are currently looking for a Female Operations Manager to enhance our salon’s efficiency and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Ensure outstanding client service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor salon team members.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and comprehensive daily reports.
- Address client inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service skills and exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to thrive under pressure, are essential.
