Job Description
Kamal Laboratories is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our hiring processes, manage employee transitions, and foster a positive work culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates, facilitating employee transfers, maintaining accurate records, participating in disciplinary meetings, and preparing final settlement packages.
This is a full-time position requiring a proven background in HR management and policy development, along with excellent communication skills.
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
