Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to monitor and improve the effectiveness of our online classes and teaching sessions, ensuring compliance with company standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate both live and recorded online teaching sessions.
- Assess compliance with lesson plans and communication protocols.

Requirements:
