Job Description
Oven n Grill, a dynamic restaurant committed to outstanding customer service and high-quality meals, is in search of a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will manage incoming orders, assist customers, and collaborate effectively with our kitchen and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Address inquiries related to our menu and orders.
- Ensure timely order dispatch by coordinating with staff.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
- Professionally resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order-taking.
- Preferred proficiency in Urdu and English.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
