Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, offering assistance, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, assisting with order placements, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
